Honey Selection
Dear Wonderful Customers,
Due to market issues beyond our control we need to raise our 2015 prices for the first time here in 2022.
The market price of honey has more than quadrupled, up 400%. The Last quote I got on jars was up 6 times! Yes 600%. Our price change here in May of 2022 is about a 40% increase depending on the combo pack you order.
Thank You for your business. The profit margins help feed our family and care for the Delray Bees!
-Steve – The Beekeeper.

NOW AVAILABLE: Tupelo Honey
Tupelo honey is one of the most sought after honeys in the world. It is produced from the tupelo gum tree found only in two tiny regions of South eastern US, the Okefenokee Wildlife Refuge on the Georgia-Florida line and the Apalachicola River basin where the peninsula becomes the panhandle. This tupelo honey is sourced from the Apalachicola River Basin between Blountstown and Bristol, Florida.
Tupelo honey has many unique properties. It has a short blooming season, April to May. It is the only honey that will not crystalize. The flavor is delicious, distinctive, and delicate. Its high fructose low glucose ratio makes it a unique honey worldwide.
